Happy Hump Day! I hope you’re drinking your water, being mindful of what you eat, staying active and maintaining your peace. We are in the last quarter of the year which is usually a busy time with multiple holidays with various festivities but also because this year we have an election here in the United States. Today I’m sharing 15 Mental Health and Wellness Resources you can use to stay mentally strong, well, joyful and peaceful.
