How I Styled My Laro Handbag this Season

I hope you’re having a great week. Can you believe that Christmas is less than 2 weeks away? I’m super excited because for the first time ever we are going to be alone for Christmas by choice because hubby and I are going away for our Babymoon for Christmas before we link up with family for the New Year festivities.
Can I say, 2018 has been such an amazing year. God has been so faithful and gracious to us. Not only has 2018 been such a blessing filed with so much growth, he exceeded my expectations. I’m so excited for what 2019 hold and before the year ends, I’ll be collaborating with some other amazing Houston Bloggers & the local business Laro to host a Brunch and Bubbles event tomorrow Saturday December 15, 2018. The event will benefit the organization Crime Stoppers of Houston.
Laro is a social conscious brand that not only provides unique & artistic designs by international artisans in the Philippines, but they also support the fight against human trafficking by donating proceeds from their company to local organizations. As many of you know, I’m all about building community & supporting women in business, but even more importantly I believe in supporting brands with a great cause like this.
If you’re in the Greater Houston Area, I’d like to invite you to join us at the event where Laro will share more details about their mission, showcase their new Spring 2019 Handbag Collection while connecting with the guests over brunch. Meanwhile Crime Stoppers which is a Non-Profit Organization focuses on solving and stopping crimes in the Greater Houston area by providing citizens with the tools to protect their families, schools and neighborhoods. They focus on different things from Bullying to Child Abuse, Cube Safety, Domestic Violence, Human Trafficking and much more.
Also, in preparation for the event & celebration of their 1-year anniversary, I decided to not only share one of my favorite bags from Laro but to show you how I styled it. It has been a joy working with them to promote their brand & support their vision & it is such an honor to have a handbag named after me. The bag I’m styling today is named Chigi” & it is such a beautiful & unique handbag which is a great representation of my style. This is such a great statement piece with the multi colored straw details woven on the leather bag. The size & shape is not only beautiful, but it is functional, durable, luxurious but yet affordable & perfect to go from Desk to Dinner or to a Holiday Party this season.
Here is how I easily took 1 Handbag, 1 Dress from Desk to Dinner in a matter of minutes. I went from Prints on Prints to adding pops of colors & textures to complete my look. Which is your favorite style and what is your go to technique to change up your look from daytime to night events?
