My outfit for the day is this bright and fun Ankara shift dress. It seemed like the perfect look for a warm and sunny day while in Nigeria. The sun rays on the yellow fabric and on my caramel skin gave me an extra glow. I was energized and golden basking in the sun rays, there’s something about the sun that gives me so much life. I completed my look by wearing my Jessica Simpson sandals which was a gift from my dear friend and wore my go to Patrizia Luca shoulder bag and I was ready to see some friends.
The best part of always going to my motherland is spending time with my amazing family and friends, and of course enjoying some local delicacies. I made sure I brought some sunshine back to Houston especially on a day that’s cold and dull like today. I hope this brightens your day as you read, and shop with links below.
